Supplying and fixing of 13 mm thickness duly laminated aluminium foil of mat fininshed closed cell Nitrile rubber (class ''O'') insulation Anti Microbial Coating on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (The joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3 mm thick self afhesive nitrile rubber tape insulaton complete as per specifications and as required. for Duct (K-Flex / Amracell / Supreme/K Flex)

Fabrication of Support of Supply and return air duct by 40 x 40 x 5 angle iron frame incuding fixing of same and mending all the damages as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing flexible double canvass connection for AHU[IDU] and Plenum duct.

Installation of ODU on Roof top with making concrete Base foundation and VI Pad as per direction of EIC

Supply, fittings and fixing in position suspended type boxing for return and supply air arrangement incl. false ceiling for boxing of IDU with frame work of Aluminium hollow section of size 50x25 (2.0 mm thickness) combined with aluminium corner of size (38 mm x 25mm) suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm as suitable with ACP (Thickness- 3.0 mm) with another accessories incl. all incidental charges etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,fabrication & fixing 3Nos. M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75mm x40mm x 40mm) of 1m. Lengthfor making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 15 TR ductable out door unit incl. drilling 2nos. Holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with Cement concrete ( 1:1 1/2 :3) etc. fabricated with horizental angle of 25mm X 25mm x 6mm including supporting angle 50mm X 50mm X 6mm in each platform in outer edge, for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (50mm x 50mm x 6mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire platform should be baricated & safe for ODU maintaince.
