Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving 4% bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturers instruction complete and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Dismantling of old unserviceable/ damaged road furniture items like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineator of any description.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions.
