Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, within all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, within all lead and lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lift. a) All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & up to 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within all lead and lift. a) All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a)1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Unplasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in plum concrete walls including cutting,placing and fixing in required slope all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift. a) 110mm dia

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. a)Two coats as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. a)With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 75x75 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a)Made of G.I. wire of dia 6 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing Precast Boundary pillar (including installation, transportation) of size (150x150x2400mm) by using 4 nos of 3mm PCC steel bar per set with stressing system. The height of precast boundary pillar will be 1800mm above the ground and 600mm below G.L at 10m C/C spacing of the length of the boundary including all lead and lift and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Precast Compound wall (including installation, transportation) with precast pannel of size2100x300x50mm by using 4nos of 3mm PCC steel bar per set, with stressing system The height of precast boundary pillar will be 1800mm above the ground and 600mm below G.L at 10m C/C spacing of the length of the boundary including all lead and lift and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as per attached drawing.

Providing and fixing G.I Barbed Wire for fencing over the precast boundary wall securily tying with the angle with three horiontal lines of barbed wire weighing 0.16kg per metre (minimum). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. a) With G.I. barbed wire as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying hard stone filing/soling including carriage of material with in all lead & lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in - charge.
