Engaging of 23Nos of Unskilled mazdoor for cleaning the toilets and drainage system and mopping the entire floor in the Administrative office including, third floor training centre and its premises, frontage area, CDC & old information centre, New Information center, Auto workshop, and removal of bushes & rank vegetation etc, in all working days and cleaning all type of garbages in and around the building area up to campus including conference hall, Board room etc., The cost including Tools & Plants,Labour cost, ESI & EPF etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule if any of unskilled mazdoor found absent).

Engaging 1 No of Tractor for Loading the segregated Bio-degradable and Bio non-degradable garbage into tractors as per requirement from Admin office and its premises, Auto workshop, Information Centre premises, World Trade centre, VOC Statue area and other area outside Green Gate and conveying the same to Garbage disposal site. Every Tractor load should be covered and tied with tarpaulin to avoid spillage on road. The cost inclusive of T & P, 2 Nos of Labours, hire charge for tractor, Driver, fuel charges and all other miscellaneous expenditure etc., to execute the work and complete the work to the entire satisfaction of the departmental officers. (Recovery will be made based on the special condition of the schedule if the tractor is not deployed to execute the work).

Supplying cleaning materials for every month first week without any fail for Non-Residential area including cost of materials, transportation and handling charges, minor tools etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The following material shall be supplied by the contractor for every month: a) Broom - 15 Nos. b) Broom stick - 12 Nos. c) Bombay broom - 25 Nos. d) Brushes - 25 Nos. e) Phenyl (compound) - 10 Litre f) Rin powder (Rs.2/- pocket) - 200Nos. g) Bleaching Powder - 3 Kg. h)Naphthalene (Deon fresh Sani Cube) - 25 Pockets, i) Harpic 200 ml - 25 Nos. j) Mop - 25 Nos. k) Room spray 50ml - 15Nos. l) Exo dishwash bar 250 gm- 20 Nos. m) Lizol floral 500 ml - 10 Nos. n) Dettol Anti Liquid 100 ml - 5 Nos. o) Disinfectant spray (Savlon) 170 gm. - 12 Nos. p) Hand wash Liquid 200ml. - 25 Nos.
