M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 of type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate 40mm thick as in damp proof course to horizontal or slapping or vertical including necessary form work and applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 Kg per sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm completeall as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base, surface channels and drains complete as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement including form, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including mixing polyester Relince Recron 3S 125 gram/50 kg cement and making contraction joints at every 2.5m and at every change in direction filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 part of bitumen and 03 part of fine sand (Contraction joints with sealing compound to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre ,including mixing Polyester Relince Recron 3S, 125 gram /50 kg Cement , thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including complete Form work all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate panels 75mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 150 mm thick slab , filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' and provided with 20mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring from work and preformed filler for dowels

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'

M & L for three coats of white wash on ceiling/Chhajja (undecorated) surfaces incl preparing of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new plastered surface and complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new (Previously untreated) plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces on roof as water proofing treatment in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists,etc .in walls ceilings stanchions, beams etc including all laps cutting and waste etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of cold applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 Lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm) unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm & end over lap of 100 mm and then scaled/ fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacture instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping, side kerbs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 used bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm dia RCC pipe complete omplete.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipe 300 mm dia (internal dia) Class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed for weep holes , in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated rock each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, inlayers n.exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete type C2, 1 : 3 : 6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for embedding of posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type -D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base of flooring complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size exc 0.42 Sqm and n .exc 1 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Polycarbonate sheet 6mm thick as in roof covering including bending to curve and including all cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F 50x4mm thick Aluminium Flat strips with rubber gasket for covering of joints of polycarbonate sheetssealed with sealing joint sealant compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel work as in tubular/square/rectangular truss including special shaped washer etc complete using erw or induction butt weld ed tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 gde st-240,including gusset plate pole etc . Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bands, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long and 16 to 20mm diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 1st quality (Apex ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger/Shalimar) paint over 2mm thick layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The tint/ shade of the paint shall be as approved by the GE.

Rolling of soling of broken boulders or quarried stonr not exc 15cm thickness with power roller exc 8 tonne n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.
