Preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint (High rich sheen) in camouflage pattern using minimum 3 to 4 different approved tint/colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The contractor will brought paint to be in corporated in the work in 3 lots @ 33% of total qty of paint required or in 4 lots @ 25% of total qty of paint required and the same would be deposited in store yard of AGE B/R-II Halwara in techanical area. The paint will be issued by concerned JE to the contractor/or his authorised rep daily as per site requirements for execution of work and balance quantity if any would be deposited back in the evening in the store yard of AGE BR-II.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on brick/concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergal waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint (High Rich Sheen) over a coat of primer in camouflage pattern using minimum 3 or 4 difference approved tint/colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 6 above but on steel and iron surfaces.

S&F 1mm thick Plain, GI sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing ,to fill between two Rcc wall gap etc(length and girth as fixed), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specially provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance exc 500m but not exceeding 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of broken bricks to gauge not exceeding 63 mm ,deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, base filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fencing post ,boundary pillars etc with plain fair faces including chamfer ,weathering etc complete all as specified and directed Note : Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid seperately in relevent items.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required including , cranking hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 15.00 above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wih 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and stranining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restraining and securing including making good staples etc to Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wih 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and stranining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Grass cutting/vegetation clearance of ground including leveling etc using Tractor not less than 50 HP capacity and hand operated mechanical Bush Cutter (For all type of locations where tractor can not reach Like traverse wall of any height etc) including crew consisting of driver and deployment of 01 labours daily for collection of grass and removal of same outside MOD land including fuel for tractor, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The grass after cutting should not be more than 50mm above ground level. 2. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all the above provisions and nothing extra shall be admissible. 3. 01 Labours are to be deployed by the contractor daily to collect the grass/vegetation cut and spreaded over WSA and disposal of the same outside MOD land. The rate of 01 labours for deployment daily and removal of grass outside MOD land are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this ground.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Easing adjusting straighting of member and repairs / weldings greesings etc to steel gates of area exc 3.00 Sqm but not exceeding 5.00 Sqm each leaf for noise less operation, complete all as speficied and directed.

Easing adjusting straighting of member and repairs /weldings greesings etc to steel gates of area exc 70.00 Sqm but not exceeding 100.00 sqm each leaf for noise less operation, complete all as speficied and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specially provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concret type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of SWT, complete all as specified and directed.
