20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laying in trenches also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

25mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laying in trenches also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric underground power cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts, laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

DG SET

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning, silent Diesel Engine driven generator set, fully wired alternator AC to give an out put of 50 KVA continuously rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz ± 1%, 1500RPM, as per IS 10001/10002 directly coupled with diesel engine liquid cooled mounted on common base frame complete with fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure (outdoor AMF panel with 3.15 MM CRCA MS sheet) as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & other accessories etc and comprising of following complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Diesel Engine: liquid cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and ISO 3046 and conforming to IS 10002 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation with the following accessories:. Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and suitable for electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The DG Set will be initially inspected by representative of Accepting officer in factory premises at work site before dispatch.

GI four wheel trolley suitable for 50 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed. (The catalogue of company manufactured Trollies (at least 03 No's) will be submitted for approval of the GE before procurement).

AIR CONDITIONERS

Supply and Install hi wall split type Air conditioner 1.5 Ton capacity indoor & outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EEr 3.2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stabilizer at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5 and capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
