Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 316 KLD capacity based on Constructed wet land Technology including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition/amendments). The contractor shall Test run the entire scheme for three months. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =750 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms fixed by CPCB i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 20 mg /litre, Feacal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre . The scope of work shall include construction of one inlet chamber, two Screening channel with cleaning arrangement, two grit channels and distribution box, Construction of Multi Baffled Anaerobic Reactor, construction of wetland units, multimedia filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement ( as per Technical specifications as it is on MBAR technology) , walkways for all units, Railing and access ladders, Plant building of 21 sqm./ Chowkidhar room, providing & installation of all mechanical , electrical & Lab equipment as per (CPHEEO Manual Latest edition/amendments) / chapter No. 1,2& 3. The scope of work also include site development for all civil structures, interconnecting path, Providing and fixing Fencing Panel around the STP Yard with gate. Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP, Land scaping and gardening of STP, soil bearing capacity test with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The design methedology should be based on CPHEEO mannual on Sewage and Sewage Treatment and the kinetic equations and rate constants involved in the design process should have authentic references.
