Restoration of rain damages to LIS Seobag in Tehsil Distt. Kullu HP.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in in foundation and plinth.

Providing & laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1½ sand:3graded stone agregate of 20mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcemenr for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Foundations , footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respect.

Walls any thikness but not less that 0.10 Mtrs thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation (level) upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and placing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads & lifts as per the direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering and propping etc. Height of propping and cetering below supporting floor to seiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removel of th same for the same for in situ reinforcement concrete and plain concrete concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thikness) portions and the like including attached pilaster buttersses plinth and stiring course and the like

Removal of slips in all kinds of soils including saturated soils exluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 mtrs. disposing of unserviceable materials stacking serviceable material and neatly dressing the suface including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extraction of silt/debris/slip flooded material as well as excavation from existing chamber, sump well and main desliting chamber in all kind of soil as silt, sand grad/boulder of all sizes to all lifts including dewatering pumping and shoring etc. complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge, the removal of debris and excavated earth shall be stacked including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement :2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement based concrete to be separately in all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of HDPE pipes in trenches to required grades as per IS: 4984-1995 latest with up to date amendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS code and specifications including all fittings and accessories complete in all respect.
