Restoration of damaged boundary wall and associated protection work behind C Type Block-1 of Tapovan Complex, DGPS

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer – in – charge, as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 of MORD specification.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer- in – charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Nominal mix 1:2:4.

Plain / reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204 ( for height upto 5 m) – P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix 1:2:4.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 - Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement ( Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per Technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204.

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surface as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701.

Hand Packed stone filling in back of walls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer – in – charge. ( As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia. 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates similar works.

Painting on Steel Surfaces – Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint including primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause1701.

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00X1.50X1.50 in size with GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS: 4826 in 150mm X 150mm mesh laid with stone boulders, as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications) GI wire 10 gauge BWG.

Providing and fixing of 110 mm PVC pipes for weep holes.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 mm ), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer – in- charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) .
