Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exceeding 10 Sq. m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Excavation in trenches and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exceeding 10 Sq. m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil outside MoD land complete all as directed..

Removing building materials etc. (other than surplus soil obtained from item No 2 & 3 above) removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed. (Note : The quoted rates included for loading, unloading and stacking at the destination as ordered).

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L RCC type M-30, Design Mix (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as specified. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L RCC type M-30, Design Mix (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or batter, flat rough finished surface all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in square, rectangular on polygonal, flat rough finished surface all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. flat and rough finished surface all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia and over deformed CRS bars as in reinforcement, cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.16 here- in – above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia as in stirrups

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex ultima) over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.
