Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces of broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain cment concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished the surface even and rough to receive subsequent layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape prepared with grey cement and pigment of size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 Grade laid over sand cushioning layer including taking down old unserviceable paver block including sand cushioning complete all specified and directed. (Note: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid in relevant item.)

M&L for Stone kerb of machine pressed coloured precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block of size 30cmX30cmX15cm finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth using coloured pigment and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 struck finished, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints in zebra pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain cment concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished the surface even and rough to receive subsequent layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered designed cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300 mm x 20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates, grills but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rolled sections as in Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing,balusters, hand rails etc. in cluding cleats, brackets, etc confirming to Fe410-W Gde- E- 250)quality-A complete all as speicfied and directed.
