Note : (a) Rewinding, replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, GM bush, capacitor shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Contractor’s quoted rates is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the fans in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable/broken parts, fixing the fans in same position or the other, connecting the fan with electric source and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-1- This include visit of the technician of ion excahnge every month in any working days and look the performance, back wash the filter at regular intervals, check the anti scalant and add the chemical as required,cleaning of sediementation filter,cleaning of cartridge and membrane,check of control panel and system pressure and RO element for proper operation of the system, Seting the PH, TDS of water at permissible level including testing of water after repair of RO plant complete the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The scope of work includes:- (a) Calibration of metering system, checking, setting, adjustment of over current relay, earth fault and tripping relay complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. The contractor should immediately approach mechanic of authorised dealer as soon as fault occurs/ resetting required. (b) Checking of all incoming and outgoing HT Terminals for any looseness and ensuring the proper tightness for all terminals. (c) Checking the nominsl operating gas presssure as per manufactures standard of RMU and testing for any leakage of insulation gas and rectify the same if found (d) Operating gas pressure should be suitable to satisfy the rated dielectric strength (e) Testing for CT's, PT's, Relays, Breakers and cable glands (f) Anti oxide greasing should be done at all connections of cable and bus bars Note:- (1) The contractor should ensure the proper functioning of RMU's and should approach with authorised dealer for carrying of servicing of breaker periodically & when fault /breakdown occurs. (2) Contractor shall produce all purchase voucher and test certificate before submitting the RAR. (3) The contractor will be responsible for serviceability of RMU's for the entire contract period (4) Unserviceable Spare Part will be paid and measured separately under respective items of schedule.

Servicing of transformer upto 500 KVA/250 KVA at carrying out insulation resistant test (HT-LT, HT-E & LT-E), BDV of Oil (top & bottom sample), Filtration & topping up of oil, test, quaterly resistance check of earth pits, arresting of leakage by proper tightening of terminals & joints, replacement of loose or burnt out gasket & proper sealing of valves etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i)The cost involved for oil filtration & topping with new mineral oil will be measured & paid separately. (ii) The contractor should produce all testing certificates immediately after testing. Moreover testing should be carried out by authorized OEM only. (iii) The contracted labour manning the substation should immediately inform any oil leakage, change in colour of silica gel, level down of oil in conservator etc.

Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil of transformers, of various capacities installed in different locations under GE ( AF ) chiloda, by recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength is up to 40 KV to 50 KV. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for following:- (i) Contractor shall be submite the recorded test results before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) The contractor solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (iv) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.

M & L for disconnecting of radiator from 75 to 200 KVA DG set and transporting to authorized workshop to carry out repair i.e cleaning descaling with restore plus solution,removal of leakage, welding brazing and re-fixing it at site and testing after repair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing and overhauling of 12/24 volts self starter including replacement of flywheel ring carbon bushes,bearing bushes,re-winding of armature and filled and warnishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair AMF panel battery charger of DG set as per existing sample complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting unserviceable fuel injection pump of any type from DG set with disconecting of fuel injector pipe and transporting to authorised work shop for necessary repairing and after repair calibration the fuel injection pump till the required results and fixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair battery 12 volt, 180AH, 2 year warranty complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs maintenance of APFC panel of capacity 90 KVAR to 250 KVAR including replacement of burned cable with lugs, insulator, MCB etc calibration of relay, digital meter including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unserviceable Spare Part will be paid and measured separately under respective items.

S & F in repair APFC panel controller for contactor switching with CT input suitable to existing sample complete all as specified and directed.
