Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, Shingles, pebbles and all types of conglomerates laterite rock, soft rock ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/shattered rock, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping and bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts. etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Columns, Pillars, piers, abutments, posts and strut, square, rectangular, polygon in plan. etc.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of form work for : Suspended floors, roofs,landings,shelves & their supports.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size): All works upto plinth level

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and structs etc. upto floor five level

In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying stone rip rap for Talus with basaltic / granitic stones, 60 % of which shall comprise stones not less than 0.0425 cu.m (1.5 cft) in size each & remaining 40% and comprising well graded rubble not below the size of 0.0142 cum (1 / 2 cft) including the cost of conveyance of all materials, spreading, hand packing, wedging, etc. for all leads and lifts, etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of Fibre Glass Reinforced (FRP) Needles along with FRP coated M.S. Frame needles shall be made out of standard quality FRP composite materials smooth surface shall be provided from both the sides of the needles, toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. Box type groove protect the edge of the needle. Rubber seal of size 15mm x 4mm thk shall be fixed into the groove for water tight performance. Handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needle in to the frame. The FRP needle shall be tailor made sections as per size required at site for closing the bandhara. (a)For thickness of needles 65 mm + 3mm (Hallow type) for the water depth 0 mtrs to 2.00 mtrs from top and width not more than 2.00 mtrs in clear span and work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer in charge etc complete.

Providing and fixing PVC water seal in construction joints are as per design and drawings shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5kg/cm2 of approved quality and conforming to relevant I.S. code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided the nominal width shall not be less than 305mm and the thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00 mm and shall withstand minimum hydrostatic pressure of 30m of water including the cost of all materials, labours, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including incidents involved as per specifications, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer in charge etc complete.

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.
