Item No. 1: Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish outside the periphery of the area as directed.

Item No.2: Excavation in soft strataincluding boulders upto 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for Dam Seat etc. and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment etc. including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item No.3: Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by ordinary blasting methods including boulders above 0.6m dia. (0.113Cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling/ pre-splitting/ smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including dewatering by pumping, cost of all material, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. under specific and indispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item no. 4: Drilling 38mm diameter grout holes in concrete / rock by percussion drilling using jack hammer as directed to specified depth for consolidation / curtain grouting including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning holes, ventilation, lightning, drainage& all other ancillary operations etc. with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item No. 5: Drilling 52-57 mm dia. grout holes by percussion drilling equipment through masonry/rock in stages as directed including cleaning and flushing the drilled holes conveyance of all materials and equipment’s for all other ancillary operationsetc. with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item No. 6: Drilling 75mm dia. hole in masonry/rock by diamond drilling from foundation gallery floor at required depth including flushing the hole including conveying of all materials and equipment’s for all other ancillary operationsetc. with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item No. 7: Providing & injecting cementitious grout in the drilled holes at required pressure including supplying, conveying cement,micro silica, fly ash, admixtures (Accelerator, Binder, Super plasticizer), grouting machinery with packer system etc. with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item No. 8: Providing erecting & laying steel shuttering formwork& making surface suitable for concreting including dismantling with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Item No. 9: Providing and laying in situ Roller Compacted Concrete with GEVR 500 mmwide on both longitudinal faces for test section including form work at location approved by the Engineer in charge in 300 mm thick lifts, 8m wide and 50 m. long for minimum three lifts including mixing, transporting. placing in position, compacting with 10 tonne or more single drum self-propelled vibratory rollers, compacting GEVR with needle vibrators including joint treatment if required, curing etc. including Mix design of Roller Compacted Concrete, core testingand all other necessary teststo the satisfaction of Engineer with all leads & lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer in-Charge.
