Construction of road from Irish bridge NH-58 to Purkaji - Laksar - Jwalapur NH-334A via Bairagi Camp, Vishvakalyan Ashram and Matrisadan in Haridwar under Kumbh Mela-2021

Amount

Excavation in all types of soil with hydraulic excavator 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers and disposal with all lifts and lead, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits(including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land) with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Gravel/Soil-Aggregate Base (Table 400.2) Grading A Construction of gravel/soil-aggregate base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 402

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 (as per MORD) and Technical Specification Clause 406. (By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve he desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix)

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Nominal mix (1:2.5:5)

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 (For height upto 5 m) R.C.C. grade M 25

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Painting on concrete surface (Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 Sq.m. )

Direction and Place Identification signs upto 0.9 sqm size board. (Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign asper IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing)

Retro- reflectorised Traffic signs (Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Road Studs / Cat Eye: Providing and fixing Bi-directional Road Studs (Cat Eye) / Reflective Pavement Marker (RPM) with single body twin shank and plastic body moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi-impact Polystyrene) or ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) or any other suitablematerialapproved byEngineer incharge (Marker must supporta load of13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280 and Reflective lenses conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent) bonded or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility as per Clause No. 1707 of MORD and 804 of MORTH specifications. The RPM must have reflective panels with micro prismatic lens where area of each retro reflective surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm as per MORTH clause 804.3 of section 800. The slope of retro reflective surface shall be 35 ± 5 degree to base and it shall accompany two-year warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer.
