BOQ - 2 - RMUs - Installation & Commissioning of SCADA compatible Extensible RMUs of various configarations

RMUs : Installation & Commissioning of SCADA compatible Extensible RMUs of various configurations - Cost of construction of foundation as per approved drawings, base plates, fixing anchor bolts, handling, erection, alignment and allied works for the installation of Data Aquisition compatible Extensible type Ring Main Units with terminal protector boots & extension modules, actuators for remote operations, communicable FPIs, CTs, PTs & relay contacts for SCADA, giving power & control wiring and connections, providing terminal protector, interconnecting RMU bus bar and control cables, providing metered LT supply from nearest LT pole if required, providing earth leads, cable mounting & terminations, giving connections after ascertain proper phase sequence, providing location name & warning boards and RDSS signboards, burying cables & refilling, conducting all pre commissioning tests as required, complete.

Mounting and connecting HT XLPE UG cable ends of all sizes upto and including 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps, bolts, nuts, terminal protectors etc.including cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary jumper connections.

Doing one cable end termination on HT XLPE UG cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and including 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit after making fencing,caution board and all other safety measures including charges for cable jointer etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Providing one Earth as per spec and approved drawing , using GI earth pipe of size 40mm dia,2.5 m length including digging separate pit (0.45X0.45X2.5 m) at standard distance (1.5m) away from the pole/structure in all classes of soil and backfilling the pit with Bentonite powder and other accessories for improving earth resistance and providing earth chamber with covering slab complete.(includes the cost of adeqaute earth enhancing compound- Bentonite powder etc)

Providing RMU fencing using steel work using 40 mm Dia GI pipes for verticals & outer frame of gate, providing gate with locking arrangements, with two horizondal bracings using 40 x 6 mm MS flat & grills with MS rods 8 mm Dia @ 10cm c/c for verticals for the gate, providing danger board & name board, fixing in position, concreting the base with 1:2:4 CC, applying one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of aluminium paint for fencing post and gate frame, providing fencing with 4 mm GI chain link fixed to GI post, as per detailed specifications including all charges

Cleaning and levelling of transformer yard/RMU, spreading 40 mm broken stone in yard for a thickness of 10 cm above bed of 10 cm thick 6 mm broken stone, after constructing a curb wall of height 20cm above ground and 10cm below level including cost of all materials and charges for conveying, spreading, consolidating etc.
