Operation and maintenance of Fire fighting pump house at Sindughsoh Building at INS Satavahana round the clock in 3 shifts of 08 hours each including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Manpower :- One Semi-Skilled Operator (FGM) per shift. Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs III rd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

Manpower :- One Semi-Skilled Operator in General shift. Shift timing: 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs

Note for SL item No. 1 to 4: (a) Minor store items required during maintenance such as distilled water, washers, nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets & insulation tapes etc., including provision of necessary T&P at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The quoted is deemed to be include for maintaining log books etc., (c) Cleaning the installations area inside outside. (d) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

Labour only for attending break down of CI / DI / MS pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, for the following sizes:- Note 1 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- Earth work, Lead joints, Supply only CI / DI / MS pipes will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
