Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Fixing only old steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Old serviceable tubes as per item No. 2 above shall be reused.

S&F unplasticised PVC pipes 20 mm bore of pressure rating 10 kgf/sqcm fixed complete to wall, ceiling or in floors any type of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white, excluding flushing cistern , flush pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The rate of fixing this item shall be included in item No.5 above.

Supply and Fixed in repairs looking mirror 600x450 mm size Covered with aluminium frame with ply wood/black board/AC building board fixed with screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and Fixed in repairs PVC (SWR) Floor trap of 75 mm outlet plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore pillar taps, Cast Copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixed in repair Brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with or without swivel joints any size including fixing to steel pipe or union 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) branch piece double (double Y) equal or unequal 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends 75mm dia any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends 110mm dia any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing ,removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /Rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm and n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement or pigment to match with the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat for receiving finishes as skirting /dado complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs stop cock fancy type cast copper alloy (concealed type) 15 mm bore screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum), with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe)bowl type (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repairs wall mixer with telephonic shower arrangement, brass, chromimum plated with complete accessories and fixed to pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair basin mixer with 450mm braided connection pipe and provision of pop up complete accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
