Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, for internal walls, apply damp proof coating and Blend a mixture & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid Ceramic coloured Joint free tiles of size 400 x 400 x 8mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n.exc. 0.11 Sqm) as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layering cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Non skid Ceramic coloured Joint free tiles of size 400 x 400 x 8mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 Sqm) as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layering cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Glazed ceramic tiles, joint free,coloured (light colour as approved), of size 300mm x 600mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any descriptions, area exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

30 mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastics paneled door (FRP) shutter of required colour & approved colour and manufactrures made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polister resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steer primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate forpanels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames and two handles in both sides , 2 Nos Tower Bolts ,& 3 Hinges each fixtures etc. The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down aluminium decogrills and refixing in the same opening including cutting of decogrills if required complete all as directed.

Taking down old u/s Aluminium Window/door sliding section n.exe 2.5 Sqm removing from Sliding track incl with all glass /wire mesh fitting complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge

Powder coated Aluminium doors of section incl chowkat size of door n.exe 2 Sqm (chowkat 101mmx44mmx 1.5mm wall thickness, stiles, top & lock rail of shutter 80mmx44mmx1.5mm wall thickness, bottom rail Min 90mmx44mmx2mm thick wall thickness) including aluminium hinges, aluminium tower bolts 200mm, aluminium handle 150mm, 4 mm thick plain glass,necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws & 1 nos hydraulic door closer of aluminium body,mortice lock four levers with two Nos keys etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Powder coated aluminium section of overall size of outer frame 90mmx36mmx1.2mm thickness fixing with gasket, beading, Star lock also Gaps to be filled with weatherproof Silicon Sealant (both sides) and fixing to opening area including necessary cleats, brackets, screws bolts, fixed to wall, floor complete all as specified and as directed Engineer In Charge.

Powder coated aluminium sliding window shutters, aluminium section (40mmx18mmx1.2mm thickness aluminium Section for window Shutters) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No.) or hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 nos.), suitable handle or Star lock, (1 no.) gasket, Fixing arrangement and clips NOTE : Glass & Wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately.

Aluminium anodized Deco grills 7.50 mm of Design No DG 104 with suitable size F & H sections as required to aluminium/wooden windows incl fixing embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of aluminium window shutter to make it slide smoothly, including repair/ replacement of all necessary fittings / fixtures for window like cleats,locking arrangements, glazing cleats, and cadmium plated stainless steel screws including rubber gaskets, beading, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/aluminum frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

4.8 mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality pin headed type and glazing with Aluminium snap beading with rubber Neoprene packing in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

5.5mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality pin headed type and glazing with Aluminium snap beading with rubber Neoprene packing in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Tile joint sealing powder Fevimate TG (Tile grout) from Pidilite (Dr fixit) for filling joints of tile to prevent leakage including raking out old joints with necessary tools all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified.

Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

Joint sealing by using silicone Joint Sealers (joint grout) from Dr fixit for filling joints with applicator gun of windows to prevent rainwater coming inside including raking out old joints with necessary tools all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wooden primer complete all specified and directed.
