Providing and Erecting of 3 x 9.00 M poles (on terrace) including horizontal and Vertical gantry and OD BTS bed on terrace of Building (GPlus4) HS_NBSNL (Site ID_ HD5644) at JAGADGIRIGUTTA, Hyderabad under Ph-IX.2, in Hyderabad BA- Recall

1) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

2) Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

3) Extra for concrete work in superstructure above floor V level for each four floors or part thereof by mechanical means.

4) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

6) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

7) Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

8) Extra for R.C.C./ B.M.C/ R.M.C. work above floor V level for each four floors or part thereof.

9) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
