Taking down aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & incl PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc including taking down the old sub main wiring & removing from site & making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measured as one unit)

Ditto all as per item No 14 here in before, but two run of single core 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cables as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. S & F LED in repairs security light luminaire 1 x 36 W with pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, IP 65 protection & better optics for uniform distribution including fixing bracket made of GI tubing medium grade 40 mm dia, 1.5 mtr long with flat iron clamps, nuts, Bolts, washers etc and connecting up from ceiling rose using 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Hangar obstruction light fitting single LED type without lens colour red suitable to 230 V AC protection weather proof IP55 as per IS2147 sealed against water and dusts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Bajaj cat Part No BGAV 302 LED or similar in make as mentioned in Particular Specification.

S & F in repairs rectangular LED flood light 200W with innovative thermal management and available with multiple optics made in pressure die cast housing and equipped with IP66 protection as per cat No LFLSL200, giving electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- Lukar cat Part No LFLSL200 or similar in make as mentioned in Particular Specification. [Note: Work will be executed at 18m height]

S & F in repairs LED light fitting 1x30 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable ceiling/exhaust fan and opening the body cover of ceiling fan/exhaust fan, any type, any make and cutting the existing winding without damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxiliary and main winding, and removing old damged bearings of any capacity and fixing new bearings, varnishing and baking complete and soldering new lead of copper wire three core cables of size 23/0.0076 testing, refixing and commissioning complete including transportation from area of AGE E/M Goa to workshop complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes Note:- Ball bearing should be measured & paid seperately in given schedule item)
