Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion including vertical portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as specified and approved including demolition and filling of sunken floor with & including PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm brick aggregate). (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. Note : Roof treatment shall be carried out through approved manufacturers or their authorized personal only.
