Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using Quarry Stone including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using quarry stone with bond stone including all carriages.

Labour charges for construction of dry random rubble masonry with available hard stones in foundation and plinth, including dressing, laying, packing with bond stones, proper setting in position to line, level and grade, including all labour, tools & tackles and leads and lifts, excluding cost of stones and carriage, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
