Annual Rate Contract (ARC) for the Preparation of GIS Based Layout Plans for Urban Service Camps 2026 Suo Motu Colonies and Other Urban Development Works

Detailed Topographical Survey and Preparation of Layout Plans of Colony Areas using DGPS, Total Station and other modern surveying equipment, including establishment of survey control points, collection of field data, survey of plots, roads, buildings, drains, culverts, electric poles, water supply lines, sewerage lines, open spaces, parks, public utility areas and all other existing physical features; preparation of geo-referenced base maps, plot inventory, area statements, GIS database, AutoCAD drawings, existing layout plans and proposed layout plans; submission of hard and soft copies of all drawings, reports and digital data complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

For built-up colony areas up to 2.00 hectares.

For built-up colony areas exceeding 2.00 hectares and up to 10.00 hectares.

For built-up colony areas exceeding 10.00 hectares.

For open/vacant colony areas up to 2.00 hectares

For open/vacant colony areas exceeding 2.00 hectares and up to 10.00 hectares.

For open/vacant colony areas exceeding 10.00 hectares.
