Taking down carefully steel hanger doors of size exc 35sqm and nexc 45 sqm and refixing by mechanical means, steel hanger door shutters (leaf ) and keeping aside on the ground, inspecting the parts/members of doors, including minor repairs, welding as required greasing and removing unserviceable members,unserviceable CGI/PGI sheet, pully,nut and bolts etc, Complete all directed. Note:- Supply only spare parts to replace unserviceable members such as nuts, bolts, washers etc shall be measured and paid separately other spares as required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate to make the hanger fully functional.

S & F in repairs steel hanger door shutters (leaf) of size 5m x 8.10m madeup CGI/PGI sheets framing with Angle iron , fixing of MS base/track roller and , MS guide roller (size, shape of the roller and door shutter (leaf ) as per existing at site) , along with 2 Nos ball bearing & centeral pin on each wheel for hanger door,as per existing shape/design and fixed carefully between the bottom running rail and top guide rail, including necessary oiling & greasing to doors and bottom running rail & top guide rail for smooth and noiseless functioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Guide Rollers, Ball bearing shall be measured as supply only seperately.

M & L for easing, adjusting, greasing of base wheel & top guide wheel and repair to hanger doors,of size 5m x 8.10m including minor repairs,welding, change of damaged base roller, guide roller etc to sliding door leaf of hanger for noiceless and smooth operation Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Replaced base wheel shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for easing, adjusting, greasing of base roller & top guide roller and repair to hanger doors,height not less than 8.0 mtr including minor repairs,welding, change of damaged baseroller, guide roller etc to sliding door leaf of hanger for noiceless and smooth operation Complete all directed. Note: Replaced base roller shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for easing, adjusting, greasing of base roller & top guide roller and repair to hanger doors,height above 8mtr but upto 20 mtr including minor repairs,welding, change of damaged baseroller, guide roller etc to sliding door leaf of hanger for noiceless and smooth operation, Complete all directed. Note: Replaced base roller shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only MS base roller along with 2 Nos ball bearing & centeral pin on each roller for hanger door,and central pin on each roller for hanger door, as per the existing shape/design. Note:- Welding if required and necessary greasing / oiling for smooth functioning Complete etc shall be included in quoted rates of item no 3,4 & 5 herein before.

Suply only, MS guide roller fabricated with nuts & bolts along with 1 No ball bearing & pin on each roller/pully to hanger doors shutter leaf , as per the existing shape/design. Note:- welding if required and necessary greasing /oiling for smooth functioing etc shall be included in quoted rates of item no 3,4 & 5 herein before.

S&F in repair 0.80mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repais 0.80mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls and match with exiting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PUF(Poly Urethane Foam) insulation 50mmthick of minimum density 40 Kg/Cum filled in between two prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based top side corrugated and other side plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to walls at any position and any height, fixed with self tapping screws, including taking down old pannels of any description or any size upto and including 25.6mtr height, as complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Quoted rate included for scaffolding required and crane. (2)) Colour and size of PUF pannel shall be approved by GE

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as directed.

M & L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., fixed by means of welding with existing or other menmbers to received the etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise decribed and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium door/windows chowkhats or frames without taking off shutters from frame and refixing the same after, inspecting the parts/members of doors, including minor repairs as required and removing unserviceable members and replace as new ones as required, Complete all directed. Note:- Replacement of aluminium section, glass shall be measured and paid separately, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down, carefully aluminium shutters of any description exceeding 1.00sqm and not exceeding 2.0sqm and refixing the same after, inspecting the parts/members of doors, including minor repairs as required and removing unserviceable members and replace as new ones as required, Complete all directed. Note:- Replacement of aluminium section, glass and rubber packing shall be measured and paid separately. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 5.5mm thick tinted glass, rubber packing, glazing strips in aluminum frame at any position and any height.

Supply only aluminum anodised section of any size, shape and thickness for door, window,partition and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel butt hinges 100mm Size,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminum door handles 150mm cast type anodised round type/curved 'D' type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 75mm long , 04 lever (brass) vertical type mortice lock suitable for aluminum door, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 100mm long , 04 lever (brass) vertical type mortice lock suitable for aluminum door, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, door closer aluminum (die cast body) hydraulically regulated designation No.3 ,universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kgs (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, double action floor door spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet, foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter of any descreption, size not exceeding 20 Sqm each and removal from site to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed (1.25 mm thick laths) steel rolling shutters without ball bearing, as specified including top hood cover, 50mm anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, push, pull or manual type complete all as directed.

Taking down rolling shutter and refixing to its original position after cleaning all parts, straighting sliding rails, replacing damaged strips, bottom rails, helical spring as required, greasing/oiling, servicing for smooth functioning for all parts, including welding etc,rolling shutter push pull or manual type, size n.exc 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Ser. No. 29 here-in-before but rolling shutter gear operated type with bevel gear box and cranked handle for smooth function, size exceeding 10Sqm but not exceeding 20Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only steel sheet 75mm wide lath strip 1.00mm thick for rolling shutters including mild steel clips at either ends duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint(shade to match with the existing) over a shop coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel spring 75mm to 150mm dia, made of high tension steel wire conforming to IS: 4454 having 60 to 80helical for smooth working condition for rolling shutters,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel anchorig rod 50mm dia including necessary fixture for rolling shutters,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair anti bird net , machine made of 22x22mm square size black/blue colour made of high density polythene UV stabilized wire of size 720/2x3(1.00mm) dia with twine, breaking strength 22.00kg, knot breaking strength 28.00kg and mesh breaking strength 18 kg, 380 Den/15ply including 4.00mm dia border rope of high density UV stablized rope monofilament and fixed to wall including 'T' type nuts & bolts with 5.00 to 10.00mm dia washers, at approximate height of 16.00mtr & above of hanger, includig all necessary scaffolding, ladder etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make:- GARFIL/TUF ROPES/SS ROPES/BIRDNET. Note:- All safety measures for the safety of workmen shall be ensured by the cintractor, Insurrance of workers shall also be got done by the contractor before execution of this item. This aspect shall deemed to be included in coated rates.

Taking down old anti bird net at approximate height of 16.00mtr and above of hanger, including all necessary scaffolding, ladders etc, and refixing it in original position after necessary stitching or jointing with new anti bird net,, complete all as specified and direected by Enginee-r in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, plup, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and removal from site complate all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified, and as directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement complete all as specified and drawing, complete all as directed.

M&L for false ceiling at heights of 600mm x600mm x16mm minral fiber celing tiles of type classic lite RH-99 fine texture of armstrong/ E-board 6mm thick or equivalent in 'Saint govind' laid on exposed grid systems. The frame work comprising of main runner spaced at 1200mm maximum (centre to centre),hangers (GI wire 4.0mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shoul not greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall, flushing fitting 1200mm long cross trees (with double sticthing) to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm shall be 'T' shape section with single rotary stitching made of GS sheet and of size 15mm x32mm and 3000mm long, cross runner shall be 'T' shaped with double rotary stitching made of GS sheet and of size of 19mm x 19mm and 3000mm long, colour white, centre to from 1200mm x 600mm modules, cut cross tees longer than 600mm to be supported independently, 600mm x 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally betweeen the 1200mm cross tees. perimeter trim to be wall angle secured to wall at 450mm maximum (centre to centre) including PVC clips to hold the ceiling tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

PREPATION OF SURFACES :- M & L for preparation of concrete surfaces and should be free from contamination such as mortar, paint splashes, oil, grease etc.Excessive laitance should be removed by light mechanical grinding followed by vacuum cleanning. APPLICATION OF PRIMMER :- Make sure the surface is bone dry during the application of primer Bostik prime Coat. The 2 part system shall be mixed mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine (400 to 500 rpm ) fitted with a suitable paddle to achieve homogeneous mix. The mix material applied by brush and and allow to dry completely. total thickness of primer should be 0.1mm. APPLICATION OF EPOXY UNDERLAY SCREED EUL 2000 :-When the primmer coat reaches tack Free State, the basse, filler and hardener of the epoxy resin Bostik Epoxy Underlay Screed EUL 2000 shall be mixed using a slow speed heavy duty - drilling machine (400 to 500 rpm) fitted with a suitable paddle to achieve homogeneous mix and applied on the primed surface using trowel application as the layer screed at 2mm thickness. Apply spike roller to the surface uniform and allowed to dry. Total thickness of scrwd should be 2mm. APPLICATION OF EPOXY PU SELF LEVELING 1000 :- When the above Epoxy Underlay Screed gets dry, the base, hardener, color paste and filler of the Epoxy Self Leveling Bostik Utralevel ESL 1000 shall be mixed mechanically as described above and applied over the underlay surface by trowel application. Apply spike roller to get a uniform finish and allowed to dry. Thickness of Topping should be 1mm. And total thickness of system will be 3mm.

JOINT FILLING :-M & L for PU flooring joint filling , joint surface must be dry, free from dust, coaling bituminous mastics, concrete during agencies mould release agents, oil, grease and loose particles. All joints shall be throughly cleaned out by hot compressed air and sanding with emery paper or other approved means and shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before they sealed. Before the sealing insert a bond breakeer ( back up rod) shall be 20to 25% more than the jointso that there isno seepage of sealant through joints edges. The cleaned and prepared joints shall be primed with Bostic N49 primeron the sides of the vertical face of the concrete joints in order to improve the adhesion of the polyurethene sealent as specified by the manufacturer. Fix masking tap to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of polyurethane sealent at the time of pouring. The Part -A and Part-B of the polyurethane sealent Bostic seal N Flex 2k must be mixed thoughly for three minutes with slow speed stirrer until the material is completely mixed. The mixed sealent may be loaded into an approprite sealent gun and apply to the Sealing slot so that the finished level of the seal is recessed below the trafficked surface all as specified by the manufacturer.
