Note : Height of Building up to Ground+2

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), 25mm thick as in leveling course of flooring & roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thick ness (below or above ground level)

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (100 mm) thick ( 40mm graded aggregate) thick as in hard standings finishing the surface even & fair whtiout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a)Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris as specified and as directed. (b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) (c)Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement concrete surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric.The over lap shall be minimum 75 mm in length side and 100 mm with side. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface is in cm 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out suing extra cement under roof treatment mixed with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Water proofing compound to be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness,including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated stee sheet 0.50mm thick of an olour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm & over in section , any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
