Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note-water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for for Factory made Precast heavy duty RCC drain cover 80mm thick type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregates, with using 10mm dia reinforcement TMT bar (150 mm c/c both ways) including 1.00mm thick MS black sheet frame on edges 80mm wide with two coats of antecorresive paint over primer all complete, as specified and directed. Make as approved by GE.

M&L heavy duty vitrified exterior tiles premium quality of Group BI(a) 300mmX 300mm X 10 mm thick, set , over and incl 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding and jointed and pointed in neat cement surry in floors with pigments incl taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror polish finished 20-25 mm thick (each slab not less than 0.25 Sqm) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including rubbing and mirror polishing complete incl dismantling of Old kota stone all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polishing incl Cutting and grinding of existing Granite/kota/terrazo stone floor surface on horizontal and vertical surface and finally finishing the surfaces uniformally by applying floor polish to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in repairs, Solar road stud of approved make having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20mm with fixing with epcxy, LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10hours including removal of old unserviceable stud, complete all as directed.

S&F, in repairs, cat eyes dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable stud, complete all as directed.

S&F in repair Solar delinators made of polycarbonate & toughened Aluminium alloy body of 80mm dia, height of pole 1.2 mtr comprises of four ultra bright flashing LEDs embedded in ground in 30cm x 30 cm x15cm size block of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and removal of soil complete all as sample and make approved by GE.
