Repairing of 100 KVA HT transformer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Ashtangoo of MISD Sopore.

Dismantling of 100 KVA transformer (Al wound) by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100 KVA transformer using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile up to a lead of 39Km.

Providing, preparation and fitting of finished new aluminium coils of SE/ DPC insulation type in place of damaged coils including labour costs, etc., (Both HV/ LV) - per kg of winding.

Providing and filling of T. Oil of specific grade.

Complete assembling of 100 KVA transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of T.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Aluminium) to be retained by the contracting agency. (90% or as per actual).
