GE/KHU-38/2020-21 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF STREET/FLOOD LIGHT AND ALLIED WORKS AND REPAIR TO LT PANEL ALONGWITH SWITCH GEAR AT KHUMBATHANG

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in hard soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.(Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

M & L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

S & F in replacement of existing UNSV pole box with new technology thermoplastic polycarbonate pole box, which is shock, rust , dust,impact and water proof ,halogen and silicon free ,UV resistance with internally embeded gasket high grade gasket made of polyurethane,the themoplastic pole box of suitable size with degree of protection IP 65 ,type tested ,system voltage 230 V ,50 Hz capacity with temperature resistance of -40 degree celcius to 120 degree celcius with cable entry suitable size duly mounted on steel tubular pole with suitable MS flat with bolts,nuts and washers including one No. MCB SP of 06 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of existing UNSV HPSV/LED fitting with new technology LED perimeter fixture consist of a die cast body with heat resistant toughend glass & IP 65 protection level of 45 watt capacity in existing GI bracket of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bent to shape and making necessary connection with 2.5 sqmm aluminium wire from fitting to pole box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement energy saving flood light luminaries with high power COB LED as light sources of 30 watt capacity for fixing the light fitting with necessary nuts and bolts and making necessary connections complete all as speciified and directed.

M&L for checking of street light fittings any type on pole to find out defect /taking out UNSV parts such as driver and repairing by changing the defective parts including minor repairs to cable connection all as speciifed and directed. Note: (i) Spares parts of light fitting shall not be measured and paid separatly. (ii) The T & P Vehicles and necessary ladders etc will be arrange by the contractor and the cost deemed to be inlcuded in the quoted rates.

M & L for checking of cross arms and insulator fittings any type on pole to find out defective /taking out UNSV parts such as clamps,nut,bolt,washer,and broken insulator and repairing by changing the defective parts including unbound the conductor from insulator complete all as speciifed and directed. Note: (i)Spares parts of clamps,nut bolts ,washer shall not be measured and paid separatly, (ii) The T & P Vehicles and necessary ladders etc will be arrange by the contractor and the cost deemed to be inlcuded in the quoted rates.

S & F in replacement PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable sheated 2.5 sqmm flat twin core for connection to street light fitting with over head lines /services connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 10 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply & laying of 40 mm bore Mild steel galvanized steel tubing with screwed socket joints, light grade, together with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and laid in trenches including , screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required , cutting through walls, floors and their making good to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement of Digital type 3 phase voltmeter of capcity 0-500 V complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Digital type 3 phase ammeter of capcity 0-300 A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Neon indicator lamp RYB set of three complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for changing the existing unsv Pin type panel locks and refixing the doors of LT panels by welding and painting the outer surface of panel complete all as specified and directed

M & L for disconnecting LT cable from circuit/bus bar and taking out cables for extension of loop/passing through pipe reconnection with circuit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of changeover 4 pole 630 Amps front handle operated including minor additional/alternation as required at site for fixing and connecting up of changeover all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 36KA Thermal magnetic and Microprocessor release with thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement MCCB VTPN DB Vertical 04 ways,double door ,powder coated and provision for MCCB as incomer including necessary earth bar and neutral link 200 Amp,and complete with provision of MCB's as outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.
