Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 100mm thick in Sub-bases, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes in floors , path / hard standing etc with grey cement and pigment (Coloured Tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 100mm thick as in flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 100m thick slab complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.
