A. FIRE PUMP ROOM EQUIPMENT

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical motor Driven Main Fire Pump Set for Hydrant system suitable for automatic as well as manual operation consisting of the following as per specifications. Make – Kirloskar./KSB

a) Horizontally mounted, split case,centrifugal,multi stage fire pump having cast iron body, bronze impeller, capable of delivering 2850 lit/min against a total each head of 105 m, while running at 2960 rpm complete including bypass arrangement for periodical testing of the working of the pumping set as per requirements.

b) Squirrel cage induction motor totally enclosed fan cooled type suitable for 415 Volts ± 15%, 3 phase , 50HZ, A.C. supply of suitable capacity for the above pump running at 2900 rpm coupled with flexible coupling including earthing as per relevant Indian Standard & specifications.

c) Common base frame/bed plate for mounting Pump and Motor fabricated of suitable MS channel as per manufactures recommendations.

d) Suitable RCC (1:2:4) Pump Foundations as per manufacturers design and 6nos . Dunlop (cushy foot) heavy duty Anti vibration mounting pads.

Diesel Engine driven Fire Pump (for Hydrant system). Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven stand-by Fire Pump of capacity 2850 LPM of 105 M head, including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of at least 125 BHP Diesel Engine, with coupling and coupling guard, M.S. Base plate/Base frame, cushy-foot mounting, foundation Bolts, including 700 Ltrs. - Fuel Tank, 12 V - 21 plate of 2nos. Battery (1-working + 1-standby) and with 2nos. (1-working + 1-standby) Battery Chargers including with necessary CU Conductor of suitable rating, and suitable Change-over Switch - (Battery & Chargers shall be placed suitably in the Pump room near the Pump taking in view of the Maintenance aspect) and 1no. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical motor driven Jockey pump Vertical Multistage centrifugal pump, suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 6%, 3 phase, 50 HZ A.C supply. The installation shall be complete with Flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required. Jockey pump shall be of stainless steel construction.The pump head and base shall be CI GG20 construction and impellers, diffusers, shaft sleeve, seal bush & pump shaft shall be in EN-8 material. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal The system shall be complete with necessary pressure gauge with gun metal shut off cock on delivery side (The pump should meet the condition and shall be gotten approved by the Local fire Authority). capable to deliver180LPM at 105M.The pump shall be coupled to TEFC motor of suitable HP with speed of 2900RPM .
