• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder (s) during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March’ 2023 shall be at least Rs 5.00 Crore. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year of the three financial years considered for turnover.
