Earth work:- Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation ,drains,pipes,cables etc. (not exceeding 1,5 mtr in width) and for shafts,wells,cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed.

Soling: Providing and laying of hand packed stone boulder (size 150mm-230mm) before laying of mud mat compacted consolidated rammed filling the voids compacting all complete carriage upto site of work all head loads complete job.

Mudmat: Cast in situ of concrete work of nominal mix concrete M7.5 grade (1:4:8) nominal maximum size of stone aggregate 40mm volumetric batching up to plinth level including curing but excluding formwork costs. Including carraiges

M20: Providing and laying in position ready mix concrete M-20( 1:1.5:3) in RCC for all types of structures including proper vibration and curing including broom finish if required but excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement etc all complete as per drawing ,specification and direction of EIC. With contractors RMC plant (including transit mixers, concrete pump/crane )for concreting below FGL(including cost on account of cube tests and quality control).including carraiges

M10: Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-10 ( 1:3:6) at plinth level &upto 5m below plinth level in foundations,drains , filling , non- suspended floors, pavements ,ramps etc including shuttering , tamping , ramming vibratiing ,curing ,shuttering ,etc all as specified in any shape , position ,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth or as specified and directed with 40mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates with minimum cement content and maximum cement water ratio as per is:456 latest revision. including carraiges

Form work: Providing and fixing to correct level, line plum, vertical, plain formwork with contractors own material in all shapes made of plywood/MS sheets for RCC/PCC works including necessary strutting,scafffolding, bracing etc. leaving necessary recesses, opening chamfers etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removing after the specified period all complete after as per specification and direction of EIC. Reinfocing Steel: Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, fabricating, fixing and tying in position TMT Reinforcement Steel of Fe 500D Grade at all levels and location as shown in the structural drawing. The reinforcement shall be of an approved brand viz. TATA/SAIL/VIZAZ or equivalent and the rate shall include cost of supply & tying reinforcement with 18 gauge GI building wire in the reinforcement rate. The unit rate shall also include cost of all related operations VIZ. inputs of labour, materials tools and tackle, equipment, machinery etc complete. Formeasurement purpose actual quantity for reinforcement bars provided and authentic laps or couplers provided shall be considered.including carraiges.

Ceillings

Concrete flooring: Providing and laying of 40mm thick concrete flooring in rooms in M-10 (1:3:6)nominal mix(max.size of aggregate 20mm)concrete finished. Including carraiges.

Truss work: Providing , hoisting and fixing trusses/ purlins / rafters/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete. of 1st class bdloo wood/ Fir wood.including carraiges.

Providing and fixing of 45mm x 5mm thick flate Iron with nuts and bolts etc in truss joint.

Profile Sheet: Providing and Fixing of Colour coated normal corrugations CGI 0.53 mm thick class-3 sheets fixed to the supporting structure with 8mm dia GI J/L hooks , GI limpet and bituminous felt washers, including plain ridges, valleys etc, all included, but incld the cost of insulation Styrofoam 50mm.including carraiges.

Providing and fixing of colour sheet (ridge) made out of 0.40mm thick color coated sheets and in the shape as desired by the consultant including the cost of carraiges complete job.

Providing and fixing of colour sheet (valley) made out of 0.40mm thick 03 feet width color coated sheets and in the shape as desired by the consultant including the cost of carraiges complete job.

Eaves Boarding: P/F of 40 mm thick 300 mm wide eaves boarding of best quality 2nd class kailwood, with moulded edge as per specifications.

Soffits: P/F of 19mm thickness soffit of budloo wood specifications. Including jam work(1.5”x3” of 1st class budloo wood) underneath complete.

Backfilling with granular sub- Base:- Supplying from approved source and Laying graded Granular Sub base of specified and approved geotechnical parameters in embankment or depression in specified layer thickness of maximum 250mm, watering and compacting each layer with specified and approved machinery , tools and tackles including 10T rollers, to achieve the optimum moisture content so as to give specified compaction density not less than 98% Maximum modified Dry density at optimum moisture content determined in accordance with is 2720 part viii etc complete as per Morth specification and approved design drawings include quality control testing , Maintenance and protection as directed by and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling with available earth: Backfilling in plinth, in embankments , around footing, pits, trenches, foundations etc in layers not exceeding 200mm thickness , including watering ,compacting by ramming/rolling /hand ramming , levelling to specified slopes dressing and consolidation etc at optimum moisture content with mechanical rollers /rammers etc.(compacted to 90% modified proctor density )complete as per specification and as directed ( payment shall be based on certified excavation quantity less volume occupied by structures and therotical completed quantity.As measured from drawings,backfilling with available earth in and around excavated area

Plinth Protection: Providing Plinth protection 50mm thick of M-10 nominal mix (max agg. size 20mm) concrete including smooth finishing the top surface. Including carraiges.

Granite stone flooring: Providing and fixing of granite stones flooring in specified areas, with 18mm thick granite stone(sample to be approved by the engineer I/C)laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar1:4ratio(1cement:4coarse sand )laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing , moulding complete job.

Anti-skid Vertrified flooring: Providing and fixing of antiskid vitrified floor tiles of standard made ( Kajaria , Rak , Nitco in all colours and size (2'0"x2'0") & above as approved by the consultant laid on 20mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 sand) including the pointing the joint in white cement and matching pigments etc complete job.

Railling: Providing and fixing wooden railing including blusters and all necessary fixtures, fittings complete job of 1st class kail wood .

Providing and fixing of main posts for railing including fixtures, fittings complete.

Laminate flooring: Providing and laying wooden “AC4” flooringas per specification to be approved by consultant incuding cost of foam 12mm thick and cost of cornice.

Black granite: Providing and laying Black granite 20 mm above pantry top , floor or vertical surfaces as per requirement with moulding& granite polish including supply of all materials &labour etc. as per approved by engineer.

Kota stone flooring: Providing and fixing of kota stones flooring in all rooms with 25mm thick kota stone(sample to be approved by the engineer I/C)laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar1:4ratio(1cement:4coarse sand ) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing , moulding complete job.

P.O.P: Providing and finishing of walls and ceilings with P.O.P of required thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in specified areas as per specified pattern.

Oil Bound Distemper: Painting of internal walls and ceilings with two or more coats of emulsion paint of specified shade and quality (brand)to an even shade over and including priming coat,prepration of base surface with oil based filling, complete job.

Providing and fixing of ist class ceramic glazed tiles in walls(kajaria,rak,nitco) of bath rooms / Kitchen conforming to relevant IS codes of minimum 5mm thickness of approved make in all colour shades of any size as approved by the consultant laid over 12mm thick bed of 1:3 cements mortar (1cement:3 coarse sand )and jointed with grey cement slurry @3.3 kgs/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
