Supply, installation, testing & commssioningof HT 11kV,3Ph,50Hz totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630A, with 05 Nos circuit breaker ( type VLLLV ) with 01 set of CT ratio 50A/1A, Class 5P10,2.5VA & 01 No. STC 21kA for 1Sec ,IAC 21kA for 1sec ,CU busbar,Type 5 ways motor operated,outdoor,non-extensible,oudoor comprising of (3 LBS+2 VCBs) in a single unit (VCB to be motorised), rated power frequency voltage 28kV,rated impluse withstand voltage 75kV,rated current for ring main feeder -630A,rated current for VCB 630A,short time current (ik)-21kA for 3sec,rated short making current 50kV,ambient temperature (-5deg to +55deg celsius),design ambient temperature (40degree C),with IP 54 Each Vacuum Circuit breaker includes:

(ix) relay shall be communicable on IEC 60870-5-103 protocol or modbus protocol so that it shall be able to send information to automation system) relay shall have switch on to fault protection (SOTF) which shall enable immediate tripping while trying to switch on VCB on fault conditions. (x) Relay shall have records of last 10 faults which shall be possible to view on front facia. (xi) Each VCB shall be provided with voltage detection system to check whether cable is live or dead. it shall gave Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH, mimic diagram at front facia of RMU, padlocking facility, cable termination from front of RMU with interlocks of cable door, provision for connecting maximum 1RX3CX300sqmm HT Aluminum power cable accessories alongwith necessary wire as per site required1.5sqmm 3 core for auxelaries supply with each RMU includes cable boots-1set per feeder, there shall be fault passage indicator with binary contact to send information to field remote terminal unit. sensors for this shall be connected to FPI unit through a fibre optic cable.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole,laying of cables etc in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for HT cable and laid dry in trenches over underground cables all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination Cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI earth strip of 25 mmx4mm thick up to 7.5 m lengh by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel all as shown the electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I connected to earth test point electrode , PCC pit with RCC cover funnel with mesh ,watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade etc and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:-The unit rate shall include for the unit rate shall incl for earth work in hard/ dense soil , PCC (1:3:6 ) type C1 chamber ,RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mmdia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both both ways funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete all as specified. Note. 2. Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required.

Shifting of existing RMU to a place as directed by Engr-in-charge alongwith servicing of RMU before enegising at new place , testing and relay setting with all data and hard copy of the report to be submit and replacement of battery backup with SMPS battery charger if required and accessories by making suitable platform as per existing design. Note:-(i) The Cost of making platform shall deemed to be incl in quoted rate. (ii) Relay setting, Servicing of mechanical and electrical system, replacement of battery chager and battery shall deemed to be incl in quoted rate.

Supply and Fixing HT cable route indicator emboshing "MES HT CABLE" made of cast iron with pre cast RCC Post and fixed at cable trench during returning filling of soil keeping 400mm above ground all as specified and directed
