M & L for descaling the condenser unit tubes of 3 x 25 TR capacity central AC plant by circulating the descaling chemical HCL acid suitably diluted by scale gun by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines, and opening the end covers of both side, brushing with suitable size of wire brush in condenser water tubing, removing the scales normalising the copper surface circulation normalising agent and refixing all dismantled parts including replacement of 3mm thick rubber gasket set all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the Air Handling Unit coil fins of 32000 CFM capacity 01 No. of 2 x 45 TR central AC plant at Rukmini HUB TS by pressure air method by using air blower and pouring dilute caustic soda direct into the fins coils and pressure water cleaning method by using pump completely and cleaning the air pre-filters thoroughly by air and water washing and refixing its original position, greesing the bearing of blower complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pumping down the gas of the Central AC plant of any capacities pressure testing the complete plant by dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side, rectifying the leakage by gas welding brazing pressure testing vaccuming the system and re-charging the system with gas testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost for all machines and container for collecting the gas has to be born by the contractor at no extra cost.
