Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes/cables etc getting out and bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable for under ground cable complete all as specified & directed .

M&L Old size sub class 'B' bricks,laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of the cable , adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified & directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing for galvanised iron tubes of size 25mm bore (medium grade) with all fittings and laid in trenches, under floor or road including fittings such as socket, bend, elbow, union etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix for gun metel gate valve heavy duty ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M &L for cutting the exiting GI 40/25 mm dia taking branch connection 25mm dia including necessary GI fittings/Specials complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded crushed stone aggregate and precast RCC cover in 1:2:4, type B1 and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

Supply and fixing in replacment GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah complete all as specified & directed.
