Dismantling of old chiller, Breaking and repairing the wall for removing the existing chiller and re-entering the new chiller, Making the foundation for installation of new chiller.

Installation of chiller unit with all accessories with base frame(Including vibrating pad,pressure gauges for condenser and chilled water line, water flow switch,Thermometer,valves of required size and necessary insullation work) , power cable upto chiller termination point and Fixing of a MS fabricated Frame for fitting of VFD controller.

Dismantling the Existing 15000 cfm AHU Unit from TIIR Auditorium and re- installation of same unit in plant room, with set of y- strainer and required size of two way valve with inlet/outlet valve and pipeline connection from plant room chilled waterline.

Installation and testing of two no of 10000 cfm capacity( CSU) AHU, Including additional fitting of Y strainer, two way valve and required inlet and outlet valve with,extension of suction and discharge line with required dia MS Pipe Line and fabrication of steel support for CSU. .

SITC of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular /round ducting with .80mm thickness sheet, complete with neoprene rubber gaskets,elbows,spitter damper,vanes hangers,angle support,grills,etc as per approved drawing and specification of following sheet thickness complete as required.The job includes wall cutting and replastering the walls.
