REPAIR TO PUMP MOTORS PANELS AND DG SETS SERVICING OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT AHMEDABAD CANTT

Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of all electro - mechanical machinery/panel of existing centrifugal, submersible, monobloc pump,motor and accessories of any type, any make & model in every days or when ordered including cleaning it's part, removing corrosion, refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / stud/ gland packing/gland rope/ star packing/ clamps/washers etc of suitable size as required. Details of maintenace should be recorded in register .

Dismantling, opening, rewinding and refixing induction motors of centrifugal pump set with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing, heating / drying coils, making connections from coil to terminal box, greasing ball bearings, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, necessary mechinical works for shaft / bearing housing, transportation from installation to workshop & back, connecting, testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorily operation as required for the following:-

40 HP motor

30 HP motor

25 HP motor

20 HP motor

10 HP motor

7.5 HP motor

5 HP/3HP motor

Dismantling and taking down centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP capacity, 3 phase, 440 volts from foundation, disconnecting all electrical connection from induction motor, transportation from installation to workshop, renewal of u/s spare parts, re-assembling pumping set including testing and commisioning complete. Note :1- The work shall be carried out at authorised workshop of manufacturer and bill to be produced to confirm the genuinenes . (Note 2:- Spare parts shall be measured separately against item no 4 of BoQ as supply only) Work includes proper allignment of pump with motor .

Supply only following spare parts suitable for existing 20 to 40 HP centrifugal pump set as required:-

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 25 HP.

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 30 to 40 HP.

CI impeller suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP.

Shaft

Low joy coupling including rubber star packing & necessary key for fixing on shafts as required.

S&F Rubber star packing for joy coupling fitting.

Renewal of following spare parts suitable for existing starter panels as required:-

ML-6 contactor 110 amp.

ML-4 contactor 70 amp.

ML-2 contactor 32 amp.

ML- 1.5 contactor 25 amp.

Single phase preventor.

Timer for ATS starter with coil.

ML-1 relay as per existing.

ML-1.5 relay as per existing.

ATS transformer copper wound as per existing with taping at 50%, 60% and 70%, 3 phase, 415 volts upto 75 HP submersible pump motor as per existing.

S & F MCCB four pole 250 amps, 30 KA, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% as per Havells cat ref no. IHLFNFO250 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

Renewal of cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.6 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints of following sizes as required:-

S&F brush wooden frame 60 cm long and 8 cm in width with fibre strands to suction sweeper at swimming pool.

Supply and filling in renewal or in topping up engine oil SAE grade 20W-40 for DG Set of capacity 25 to 250 KVA as required.

M&L for replacement of water coolent in radiator of DG Set TVS Girling/volvo line or equivelent make as approved.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of DG sets with kerosene oil after decaning the diesel of following capacities:-

Dismantling and removing of water pump assesmbly from the engine and repairing / overhauling the same by renewal of worn components like bearing, impeller, bushes, oil seal, water seal, gasket etc. reassembling, refixing and testing for any DG Set upto 250 KVA capacity complete.

Repair/overhauling of dynamo/charging alternator including replacement of carbon, brush holder, spring, commutator/slipring assembly bearing, regulator etc. of any make, any type and any capacity complete.

Supplying and fixing in repairs electrically operated fuel shut down valve assembly for any capacity DG set upto 250 KVA including testing and commissioning complete.

Servicing/repairing of AMF system built in with DG set of any capacity including cleaning resetting / adjustment of relays, calibration of time delay relays, checking and replacing u/s diodes, resistors etc as required.

M&L for servicing of alternator including cleaning of field and armature winding, varnishing and drying, decarbonisation & rubbing of slip ring assembly, checking and calibrating excitation system for alternators of 100/125/250 KVA complete.

Supplying and fixing in repairs oil pressure pipe suitable for DG Set of 25 KVA to 250 KVA capacity as required.

Supplying and fixing in renewal battery terminals of brass with steel nuts, bolts & washers as required.

Supplying and fixing in repairs contactor, 4 pole, 415 volts, 200 amps type MCX 33 complete. Make - L&T or equivalent of Schneider /Siemens as approved.

Supplying and fixing in repairs asbestos rope 12 mm dia wound over exhaust pipe of DG set of any capacity complete.

Supplying and fixing in repairs lubricating oil pressure switch as per existing make complete.

Supplying and fixing in repairs high water temperature switch as per existing make complete.

Supply and fixing of PSO 500 controller suitable for 125 KVA DG set .

Supply and fixing of self starter for 125KVA ( cummins 6BT - 26024045) DG set . Make : TVS/Lucas or equivellent .

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 25 HP.

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 30 to 40 HP

Chloroscope 1 PPM to 5 PPM for testing of chlorine in water.

Supply only calcium Hypo chloride calcium based granular disinfectant having 65% to 70% chlorine content of water treatment packed in 45 KG drum complete .

MCCB four pole 400 amps, 50 KA, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% as per Havells cat ref no. IHLFNFO400 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.
