Supply ,installation and trial run of centrifugal pump and accessories for Thotumukkam Lift Irrigation Project under Varandarapilly Krishi Bhawan

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump with following duty criteria, coupled with suitable electric motor TEFC, fitted on a common base frame, with necessary fittings and couplings. The material of construction of impeller shall be Cast Iron/ Carbon Steel/ Bronze, and that of pump body is Cast Iron Alloy, pump shaft /shaft sleeve SS410. Panel board with suitable starter for Monoblock / close coupled pump, Voltmeter, Ammeter, MCCB, ELCB, Single phase preventer, dry run preventer etc. Electrical Connection, earthing and panel board as per the norms of KSEB/ Electrical Inspectorate. RYB indication lamp with suitable control. VAF with matching CTs . Star delta timer. Single phase preventer with dry run preventer.The suction and delivery as suited to the pump.The rate quoted should be inclusive of all the supply and installtion and commissioning at the site and all type of transport and conveyance, loading and unloading charges, civil ,mechanical electrical works for fixing of motor pumpset and foundation works for fixing pmp and bolts ,GST etc. Additional Items to be included: Flexible Hose15 m suitable the suction inlet of the proposed pump , flanges be supplied as per site requirement.Base frame ,coupling,coupling guard, ,PVC pipe 15 m 150mm dia,foundation bolts, flanges, necessary cables and wiring , and 3 HP vaccum pump, Non return valve(NRV )and Ball valve suited for the pump in the location .All items must comply BIS standardsThe rate quoted should inclusive of all charges for supply,installation including petty civil works, trial run and commissioning, all types of transport and conveyance, loading and unloading charges upto required site, GST etc
