Following Works are to be Carried Out for Replacement of defective 2×50 Ton Capacity Water Cooled A.C. Plant by new Eco-Friendly 6×16.5 Ton Capacity Package type A.C. Plant at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly alongwith other associated Works, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer : Cleaning of Main Duct of Entire System from AHU Room to Control Room (Approx. 8000 ft2 Covered Area of Control Room Building consisting of Main Control Room, Carrier Room, Committee Room etc.) including Cleaning of Vacuum Pump etc.

Repairing of Insulation of Ducting with Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Duct Insulation with 9 mm thick Nitrile Rubber / Cross Linked XLIP with Metalled Foil Insulation with the help of suitable Adhesive.

Dismantling of False Ceiling of Metal Strip type / Tile type of size 600x600 mm, wherever Required alongwith Removal of its Support Suspension System of Trulok Expxised Grid System with 15 mm wide fkabges of White Colour, Fixed to the Structural Soffit by Butterfly Clip Hangers, Suspension Wires, Anchor Fasteners etc.

Refitting of Support Suspension System of Trulok Expxised Grid System with 15mm wide fkabges of White Colour, Fixed to the Structural Soffit by Butterfly Clip Hangers, Suspension Wires & Anchor Fasteners, Suspension Wires etc. to be Provided at every 600 mm C/C with 2 No. of Tiles of each Anchor Fasteners, Perimeter Trim of Trulok Wall Angels in White Colour Secured to Wall at 450 mm Centre (Max.).

Providing & Fixing of False Ceiling of Metal Strip type / Tile type alongiwth associated Accessories.

Providing & Fixing of 6 No. 16.5 Ton Capacity Package type A.C. with R407C Eco-friendly Indoor & Outdoor Unit (Total Capacity of 99 TR) of Blue Star / Carrier / Daikin Equivalent make as per Technical Specifications including the Cost of Material, Installation & Testing & all Required Work to Complete the Job Satisfactorily, suitable for Control Room, Carrier Room, Committee Room etc. (Total Area approx. 8000 ft2) but Excluding the Cost of 4×2.5 mm2 size Armoured / Un-Armoured Control Cables, that shall be Provided by the Department as per Requirement. (1 Job per 16.5 Ton Capacity Package A.C. Unit)

Providing & Fixing of 3 Phase 415Volt Power Receptacle of size 1200 x 500 x 300 mm made of 14 SWG M.S. Sheet duly Powder Coated. The Power Receptacle shall be of Single Door and shall Consist of 4 No. Aluminium Bus Bar of size 25x6 mm duly Insulated in Phase / Neutral Colours, 6 No. 100 Amp. MCCB, 6 No. 70 Amp. Contactors of Havells / L&T / Standard make alongwith Phase Indicator LED Lamps duly Fitted inside it. The Power Receptacles shall be Weather, Dust & Vermin Proof with Proper Locking Arrangement and shall have Provision of Stand / Wall Mounting System.

Providing & Fixing of Junction Box of size 200x200x150 mm made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet duly Painted with Enamel Paint in Grey Colour. The Junction Box shall be of Single Door and shall Consist of 3 Phase 4 Pole TPN MCB duly Fitted on Anodized Channel inside it. The Junction Box shall be Installed at the Location of Outdoor Unit of 6 No. 16.5 TR Capacity A.C. Package Unit. (1 Job per Junction Box)
