SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF CHEMICAL CLEANING LINES AND EXHAUST SYSTEM ALONG WITH ALL COMPONENTS FOR SUPPLY OF RAW AND DM WATER AND EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP) AND APPCB CLEARANCE AT INS EKSILA, VISAKHAPATNAM

Chemical Bay :- Chemical Cleaning : Line - A.(With Chemicals) Supply, testing and commissioning of Chemical Cleaning line A consisting of 09 Tanks with associated accessories viz. heaters, valves, associated LT- Panels, wiring, etc.as specified at Para 16 (a) of of Part II of RFP.

Electroplating : Line-B (With Chemicals) Supply, testing and commissioning of Electroplating - Line B consisting of 16 tanks with associated accessories viz. heaters, valves associated LT- panels, wiring, etc. All item viz chemicals/consumables Chrome rinse tank as specified at Para 16 (b) of of Part II of RFP.

Electroplating : Modular Line - C (With Chemicals) Supply, testing and commissioning of Electroplating modular line-C (with chemicals) consisting of 10 Tanks with associated accessories viz. heaters, valves, associated LT- panels, wiring, etc. All item viz chemicals/ consumables required as specified at Para 16 (c) of of Part II of RFP.

Exhaust System for Line - A , B & C Supply, testing & commissioning of Exhaust system for line- ABC As per Drawing (provided by users), material (5mm thick PP reinforced with 5 mm FRP) and associated LT- Panels, wiring etc. All items viz Chemicals/ consumables etc. required for trial are also included as specified at Para 16 (d) of of Part II of RFP.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP): 02 TPH plant for treatment of five effluent streams. A separate system to be designed for treatment of each effluent chemicals stored in four different pits and one Cyanide tank. Six underground RCC pits (capacity 20 Tons each) having acid alkali resistant tiles are constructed under civil Scope of work. 04 are effluent drains from Chemical bay, one for treated water and one for DM water. Comprehensive layout of each effluent treatment system is to be provided by the seller, duly vetted by authorized Third party, for USER approval. The civil work for installation of pipelines, valves in the effluent pits, Corrosion resistant lining, as required, including borehole test for soil testing will be under equipment cope of work. Seller is to ensure that there is no underground seepage of effluents. Seller is required to submit comprehensive QAP and ATP and system drawings, duly vetted by authorized Third Party, within one month of CA for USER approval. Seller will be responsible for APPCB clearance of the ETP plant and associated systems. Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of ETP plant and associated items/equipment/ accessories along with supply of Chemicals for Trial including APPCB clearance also included as specified at Para 16 (e) of of Part II of RFP.

APPCB Clearance for following: Certificate by Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board(APPCB) clearly stating the understanding that the following will be subjected to clearance by APPCB: (i) Exhaust System for Line A, B & C (ii) Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as specified at Para 16 (f) of of Part II of RFP.

Ducting Length (Approx):- For Line –A : Approx 45 Mtr up to blower and 15 Mtr chimney duct For Line –B: Approx 45 mtr up to blower and 15 mtr chimney duct For Line-C: Approx 45 mtr up to blower and 15 mtr chimney duct as specified at Para 16 (g) of of Part II of RFP.

PPR pipe 3 layer, green colour,, SDR 7.4, PN-10, IS- 15801 including fittings (a) OD 160 mm – 450 RM (b) OD 110 mm – 300 RM (c) OD 90 mm – 150 RM + 800 RM (Sl(b) of Note at Para 3.1.6(c) refers) (d) SS 316 centrifugal pump set having discharge 50 LPM @ 30mtr head including fittings and valves as specified at Para 16 (h) of of Part II of RFP.

Cable length: Electrical cable length from tank of Line A to control panel: Approx 600 mtr Electrical cable length from tank of Line B to control panel: Approx 1000 mtr Electrical cable length from tank of Line C to control panel: Approx 700 mtr as specified at Para 3.03(j) of of Part II of RFP.

Support Equipments as specified at Para 16(k) to (q) of of Part II of RFP.
