Annual maintenance of SCADA System installed at 220 KV S/S Rasra work includes as follow.
Testing and rectification of CRP and SCADA as per the drawing of panel /SAS and logic diagram ,relay testing as per setting,testing of auxiiliary relay and checking the healthiness ,operation of switches from panel /BCU ,cross checking communication between relay and integration system ,Verification of architecture of SCADA .Checking operation and logic ,signal events ,SOE ,integrating system ,GPS synchronization with system /relay ,adding extra events/signal if required ,checking tke healthiness of other protocol .Healthiness of printer and other device as per architecture /SAS drawing .Replacement of faulty communication channel,creating the system backup of HMI-1/2 and DR PC for future reference and restoring purpose in future (in case system crash)
Emergency maintenance of SCADA System at 220 KV S/S Rasra work include rectification of problem in 24 hrs from the time of intimation as per direction of supervising engineer.
