M&L for removing from existing position, window/Split type A/C unit 1/1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity of any make for servicing the same by complete cleaning the dust including supply and replacement of damaged wires with copper wire PVC insulated of same size, tightening of loose wire, nuts, bolts, servicing of condenser motor by oiling/greasing, changing of damaged knobs, painting the old painted surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, setting of grills alignment complete including refixing in original position, testing & commissioning all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking out rotary type compressor unit (uncut) from the split type Air Conditioner of any make, 1 ton capacity and replacing the sealed unit as per existing model with reconditioned sealed unit including the following all as specified and as directed. (a) Connection to suction/discharge pipe with necessary repair and brazing. (b) Replacing the capillary tubes of existing size and copper liquid filter. (c) Flushing of entire system before gas charging. (d) Gas charging and testing after complete replacement incl installing the machine at site and testing on full load for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing water cooler of 40/80/150 Ltr capacity from existing position after disconnecting from inlet water connection and plugged the water line and servicing the water cooler by cleaning the water tank cleaning the internal parts by blower and removing the burned wires and replacing the same with proper size copper conductor cable , repair / replacement of damaged hinges, drain pipe up to 1.5 m long , replacement of rusted nuts and bolts tightening the all connections refixing in original position connecting the water inlet and testing and complete to the entire satisfaction all as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge. (refrigerant filling will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for taking out old rotary compressor unit from water cooler storage type, 40 Ltr/hr cooling capacity and replacing the sealed unit with new sealed unit of same cap & model including the following:- Make: Tecumseh Kirloskar 4440/436 /443 (a) Connection to suction/discharge pipe with necessary replacement and brazing (b) Replacing capillary tube of existing size and copper liquid filters (c) Flushing of entire system before gas charging (d) Gas charging and testing after complete replacement including installing the machine at site and testing on full load for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.
