Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, staurated soil, including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including, shoring, strutting, planking timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material/soil separetaly & after laying joining & testing of pipes, returing the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers (fifteen centimeter) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surface excated soil /un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for trafic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access the house, fencing etc.complete in recpect with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts

Providing & laying design mix M-30 but not leaner than cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation,footing,bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams ,griders bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Providing and Laying 1:4 No fine concrete (1 Cement: 4 Sand Addregate Hard Stone Ballast 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth & string courses & the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor,roofs, landing & the like.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c cutting, bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting & fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing brackets & similar work complete in all respect and entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge.

Laying jointing in trenches and testing galvanaised mild steel tubes of (L/M class) tube fitting (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separetly)complete with in all respect and i/c entire carriage of material in all lead and lift as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron sluice valve of following dia class PN-1.60 of Leader/Kirlosker/Kartar make including MS flanges confirming to IS:6392-1971 of Table-17 and welding of MS flange in requisite layers on both faces complete with in all respect and i/c entire carriage of material in all lead and lift as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling of Filter media i.e. stone of 40 mm to 100 mm behind the long wall facing towards up stream of infiltration gallery in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
