DG Set. Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating Set along with having Prime mover power rating of 250 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, as per ISO 8528 and consisting of the following: (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, 12/16 cylinder, electronic governor, power command control module, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 250 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, QDCT for synchronising, terminal arrangement i/c 1000A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F / H insulation. (c) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on existing concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (d) Fuel Tank: Day service fuel tank of 990 litres capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. (e) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. (f) Starting System: 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand etc. as required as per specifications. (g) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. (h) The work should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards. (i) Suitable space heater/cold kit accessory to be provided to suit the environmental conditions of Kargil.

Fabricating, Installing, Testing and commissioning of automatic mains failure control Panel, IP 54 suitable for 415 V+/-10%, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system made up of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated frame work and 3 mm thick for gland plates including auto by pass panel suitable for 250 KVA silent type DG set complete with digital AMF microprocessor based relay, timers, set of CTs for metering and protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH,provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency and other accessories required including control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere, if required all complete inter locking etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of exhaust gas piping of 150 mm dia. for 250 KVA D.G. Set welded black MS, B (medium) Class pipe conforming to IS:1239 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool / Rockwool having density not less than 120 Kg / Cucm, wiremesh & cladding with 0.6 mm thick aluminum sheet etc. as required as per specifications.

ESSENTIAL LT PANEL Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel, IP 54 suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity as per design subject to minimum 50 KA for 1 sec , bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common Copper earth bus bar of size as per IS 3043 subject to minimum 50 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main earth bus bar to switchgears with required size of Cooper / Aluminium conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half including provision of SPD's. Surge Protection Devices (SPD’S) (Type 2 / Class B) i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications. Suitable capacity , Direct Low Pressure (DLP) Assembly with automatic valve, push in connector for tube, Clean agent, mounting bracket, End of Line adopter and low pressure switch for monitoring system activation. i) Linear Pneumatic Heat detection tube with all necessary & supports ii) Master Control Unit for controlling each system, complete with pressure switches, buzzers and electronic hooters, including all necessary accessories + electrical wiring to make each entire system functional. (Panel shall conform to IEC 61439/1-2 & shall be IP-54 & of Form-4b construction). Incomer 2 Nos. MCCB, 400 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 kA , (Ics = Icu = 100%) with adjustable setting , thermal magnetic release with O/ C & S / C protection,Digital KWH Meter with voltage and current display RS485 module of class-0.5 accuracy with suitable range of cast resin CT including connections etc as required. Each Incomer shall have one set of the following items: Intelligent multi function digital meter to read V,A,kVA, KW, kVAR, PF, Hz etc with communication facility (RS485 port), THD and Individual order harmonics upto 31st Order. LED display with required Nos CTs, 800 / 5,15 VA, class 1.0 and control circuit wiring with 2 Amp MCB for controlling. 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B Phase indicating lamp with 2 Amp MCB for controlling. Bus Coupler 1 Nos. MCCB, 400 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 kA , (Ics = Icu = 100%) with adjustable setting , thermal magnetic release with 1 Set of ON/ OFF Indicating LED Lamps with 2 Amp MCB.

Bus Bar TPN aluminium extensible type main bus bars of minimum 500 Amps. capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves having 100% neutral bus as that of phase i/c DMC / SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & having spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 35 kA capacity for 1 sec. Outgoings 2 Nos. MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 kA , (Ics = Icu = 100%) with adjustable setting , thermal magnetic release etc as required. 3 Nos. Supply and fixing of high voltage synthetic insulating mat made of synthetic Elastomer suitable for upto 3.3 KV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 metre and thickness of 2.0 mm +/- 10 % (Class-A). Insulating mat should be flexible , anti skid, fire reatrdant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids,alkalies and transformer oil. Insulating mat should be fixed with suitable adhesive/chemibond , resin,water proofing compound and other sealing materials as per specifications. Insulating mats should be ISI marked alongwith CM/L nos at every meter.

Dismantling of existing complete 250 KVA DG set system including engine, alternator, connected exhaust pipe, acoustic enclosure, cable connections, terminations and all associated accessories from existing installed location to another location within the premises of Airport as directed by Engineer- in- charge etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing LT Ess/Non-Ess/AMF panel including bus bar, cable connections, terminations and all associated accessories from existing installed location to another location within the premises of Airport as directed by Engineer- in- charge etc complete as required.
