COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, AREA DRAINAGE, BOUNDARY WALL, HARDSTANDING AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS TO MES KEY PERSONNEL QUARTERS UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE(NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials from slabs , beams,columns ,lintel,chajja, fin , facia etc. (upto 50mm average thickness for slabs/Chajja) by any means as directed by engr-in-charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, materials and application of two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar of minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. Single component acrylic polymer emulsion to be applied @ 6-8 sqm/lit before the application of modified polymer mortar .The morter shall be applied in layers n.exc 6mm thick in layers and including surface preparation and upto 4 storey High. ( maximum coverage area 1.3 sqm at 10 mm thikness per 25.25 kg bag ) Note:- This item shall be execution where shuttering is not possible or small patch repairs of structural elements . Make: (a) Acrylic polymer emulsion primer : Nitobond AR of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP/HINDCON as approved by GE. (b) Polymer modified reinstatement mortar:- Renderoc S2 of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP/HINDCON as approved by GE.

Material & labour for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementious microconcrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc. The micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minimum tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 50mm average thickness of column, upto 4 storey building including surface preparation & suitable type formwork etc. as per manufacturers instruction. Make(micro concrete):-Renderoc RG of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP as approved by GE.

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar ( upto 4 storey of building) complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed.(only area of cleaned steel bar shall be measured for payment). Make( Rust removing chemical ):- Reebaklens RR of FOSROC or quivalents solutions SIKA/STP/HINDCON as approved by GE.

All as per item no 08 here in before but above 12 mm dia bar upto 4 storey bldg.

Material , labour and prepared existing reinforcement surface by brush and application two component epoxy zinc rich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre complete all as specified and directed.( upto 4 storey of building) Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA/ STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE.
