Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of 5-32 amps SP and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning. Note: MCB SP amps rating should be design on the base of load of the fitting/fixture used no overload current permissible or damage to wiring cable or as directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F double door MCB Distribution board of sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volt, IP42 protection grade and fixed with PVC plug and screws and grouted in wall with M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. (Cat No. LTSD04M of make L&T or equivalent in Schineder/Legrand)

S & F double door MCB Distribution board of sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral, 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volt, IP42 protection grade and fixed with PVC plug and screws and grouted in wall with M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of PVC insulated multistranded, copper coductor of size 4 Sqmm cable single core 1100 Volts Grade and one run of earth continuity conductor cable of 4 Sq mm solid strand cable drawn in and incl 30/32 mm PVC casing caping complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 run of 4sqmm cable+ 1 run of 4sqmm earthed cable+ 1 run of casing capping shall be measured as one unit.

Disconnecting of ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm sweep from ceiling rose/connector for cleaning,servicing /oiling and greasing of fan by using appropriate grade of oil/grease and re-hanging the same after proper cleaning and making connection with ceiling fan/connector with flexible wire of size 23/0076 copper conductor multi stranded as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling fans, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep, with Squirrel cage induction motor. complete including provision of PVC insulated copper multi starnded three core flexible cable for making necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to connector all as required at site.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm. complete including provision of PVC insulated copper multi starnded three core flexible cable for making necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to connector all as required at site. Necessary hole cutting properly and fixing deemed to be included in quoated rate no extra cost willbe provided.

Material & Labour for one twin core cable flat or circular, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated, with stranded aluminium conductor, size 16 Sqmm served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating in service hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm GI suspension wire, and including taking down of unserviceable service connection complete.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common saft filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR 2009( Part-I).
