SPL REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT OF AFFF STORAGE CONTAINERS (QTY-02 OF CAPACITY 20,000 LTRS EACH) AT HANGAR NO 6 AT AFS BIDAR

Building Work:- Demolition of PCC, PCC Block Masonry etc in ground floor including removal of debris in low lying areas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone broken to gauge not exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C0 1:3:6 (12.50mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (Using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying a primer coat as per manufacturers instruction @ 2.20 kg /10 sqm and applying two or more coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade @ 1.67 Kg / 10 sqm using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE FIGHTING Work:- Supply, design, installation, testing, commissioning, of MS Horizontal tank of capacity 20KL for carrying AFFF type foram, leak proof, seamless welded, capable to hold weight of foam material, shell thickness 10 mm dia, dish end thickness 10mm as per MS IS 2062 having specifications are mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Connection for inlet- 3 inch (b) Connection for Outlet- 3 inch (c) Pressure/Vaccum gauge-0.5 inch (d) Hand Hole -18 inch (e) Bottom support material- Mild steel (f) Paint- Two coat of Red Oxide primer at inner and outer surface+ Colour as per direction. (g) Refilling of AFFF type material in tank carefully to avoid wastages as per available material in ground as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Inlet and outlet connection System to MS tank with AFFF type foam with 80 mm dia MS pipe through seamless welding /gas welding to Hydrant valve duly painted with two coat of red oxide primer and two coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Material for same is quoted in unit rate.

Supply, erection, jointing, testing and commissioning of tube C class MS pipe 80 mm dia conforming to IS 1239 with all fitting fixed suspended in wall/ceiling or laid in floor including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed.
