Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of ceilings & cantilevers, wall etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive plastering and M/L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces of fins, facias, soffits / ceiling and parapets incl application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc where required complete incl necessary scaffolding required height of the struture/ building all as specified and directed

M/L for raking out existing surfce on walls/ flat surface and drilling 10 to 15mm dia holes at 500c/c upto 75mm deep on concrete surface and pressure grouting / injecting CEBEX100 manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals incl sealing the hole with hardner and including necessary scaffolding required height of the structure/ building all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in fdn , filling & mass concrete complete

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any desdriptions incl racking out joints for key scrubbing with water etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement etc

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters of thickness 1.00mm of laths in mm with ball bearing as specified incl top cover anchoring rod hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete push pull or manual type and safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters

Taking down existing roof treatment incl plastering below tar felt etc of any type any thickness and remove the same from work site exc 5KM out side the MD land.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:4 mixed with water proffing compound including brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3kg per Sq.M as in roofs (water proofing compound shall be menured separatly)

Supply and lay HYPERPLAS-STANDARD 3kg/sq.M polymeric water proofing membrane incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film inclding coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.M, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/Sq.M each at the top and bottom and applying of one coat of aluminium paint on the membrane complete including sealing all joints by themo fusion with minium 10cm overlap all as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply only infegral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint over a coat of primer after finishing the surface to get a smooth finish all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of Dewatering submersible pump set of capacity 20 HP Discharge range 400-4800 LPM.Head Range 20-6 mtr ,150mm delivery size, 415 volt,3 phase ,50Hz, conforming to IS -12469 with CI Casing ,Impeller and carbon steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for continuous operation discharge including installation in existing sump and connecting up with suitable size of copper conductor cable from starter panel to pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cast iron Non return valve of size 150mm with bypass arrangement with necessary rubber gasket,bolts,nuts and washers for following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Material and labour for cutting /addition/alteration/of existing MS/DI/CI pipe lines and inserting suitable size and length of T for tapping of 150mm DI line for further distribution lines etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply and fixing, install, test and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar box Indoor type totally enclosed with front and rear opening hinged doors with canopy sloped top projected and raised platform of suitable sizes weather dust vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, factory made (CPRI approved manufacturer) powder coated painted as approved colour, copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT, AC, 50Hz, 433 volts, 150 Amps capacity RYBN insulated with sleeved insulation complete with multifunctional meter LED type by showing Amps, volts, frequency etc along with suitable size of CT on outgoing, indicating lamp RYB, complete internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including cable glands and lugs for incoming and out going cables as per required sizes, PCC platform made out of 1:2:4 type B1 and pedestal of 30 cm height from GL with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc., all as specified and directed for suitable to in and including accomodate the following items and all as specified and directed comprising of the following :-

Supply, laying, jointing, welding and testing of MS ERW heavy grade pipe of 150mm size, laid on PCC Pillar supports, clamps, bolts and nuts including necessary Tees, elbows, flanges, including cutting etc and preparation of pipe surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in open places and with bitumen coating/felt cover for inserting the pipe in position and including making leak proof joints complete all as specified and directed.
